ITEC is an ISTE affilate who promotes the use of technology in education by demonstrating to its members, other educators and the public developments in the use of educational technology and how its use supports teaching and learning. The ITEC Conference is October 12-14, 2014. It will be held at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, IA. The conference is open to all educators and administrators in Iowa and beyond.

I teach 7th grade Social Studies, 8th grade American History, and 8th grade Language Arts. I am also the JH Student Council advisor. Our district is one building K-12. We have approximately 40 students per grade. We are in our 2nd year as 1:1 grades 7-12. We currently have iPads grades 7-12.
